Rainy Day
Slam! Goes the door behind me
As I walk outside
To the splishing, and splashing
Of the rain falling
Clickity, clonk goes my boots
As I run into the street
But wait!
Vroom, Vroom a car is coming!
As the cars passes by me
SPLASH!
The car drenched me with water
Screech, goes the car as it races off.
Than bang!
A crash of thunder startles me!
I hurry and hang my raincoat
On the porch and slip my boots off
Crackle, crackle goes the thunder
I open the door and stomp into the house
I lie on the couch and slowly fall asleep
And that was my rainy day!
Thunderstorm
The rain drop sang as it hit the desert ground
And the thunder roared like a lion
The people were terrified
The Trameel
It lives in Sassoon
And lives to eat
Its has two heads
And slithers along
With its rabbit body
And mouse tail
It quakes and shakes
And bounces and prances
And stumbles and blobs
It howls and honks
And will eat you alive!
Nonsense
The Heart
My heart was black
As black as coal
And never right
Till one day came
The pastor spoke
I confessed my sins
My heart turned white as snow
And after that my life was changed
-Forever!
